PayPal will send a confirmation of payment received.

 

If you ordered books (versus paying for consulting) I MUST HAVE YOUR MAILING ADDRESS to fill your order! PayPal is supposed to give me your name and email address, but I may not even get a notice that you made an order because of all the PayPal look-a-like spam messages that my filter automatically deletes. SO PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL to mjdyson@swbell.net to tell me what you ordered and where to send it. After I confirm that the email address and name match the PayPal record, I will send the order.

If you live in the Houston area and want to pick up your order, let me know (call 281-486-4747), and I will refund the shipping cost to your PayPal/credit card and/or give you a refund when you pick up the book.

Orders will generally ship on the next business day after the order is received. If stock is not sufficient, or I am on travel and can’t fill the order immediately, I will send an email message letting you know when to expect the order.

 

If you want books personalized, please send the names by email. Indicate also if you want the full date, the year only, or no date information. Unless otherwise requested, books will be signed with no message or date included.

 

If you send email and do not get a response within two business days, the message may have been lost. Please send the message again with a copy to my secondary email. Thanks!

 

Note: I use Priority Mail Flat Fee for all books except Home on the Moon. That book is too big to fit in the free postal envelope or box, so I must buy padded envelopes and mail them parcel post (which costs more than flat fee). This may delay delivery up to a week. If your order needs to be shipped overseas, I will contact you to discuss options.
